Is there a minimum time commitment?
- In order for your child to have the best class experience, a minimum membership commitment of Three (3) months is required.
What if I join in the middle of the month?
- No worries...your initial fee will be prorated to reflect the number of classes you missed.
- Your 3 month commitment will include the remainder of that first month, plus the following two months.
- Your initial payment will include one partial month and the next full month plus initiation fee.
What is included in my intial tuition?
- Your initial tuition (paid at time of registration) includes a non-refundable $40 initiation fee plus tuition for your first two (2) months, prorated where applicable.
Can I switch classes once I'm enrolled?
- Consistency is important for your child's learning, but we do understand that schedules shift and nap times change! We will do our best to accommodate your family's needs.
Why is the monthly tuition the same each month when some months have fewer classes than others?
- With holidays, scheduled breaks, and the way the calendar naturally falls, some months do have fewer classes than others.
- The monthly tuition is calculated by averaging the total number of classes held throughout the entire Membership Year.
Is the Music Together® Babies class part of the Music Class Membership?
- We have decided to separate the Babies class from the membership. This allows us to run an 8-week session where you, your baby, and others in the class will all be in the same cohort. When you finish your session, you will be invited to transition into the Music Class Membership and join one of our Mixed Age classes.
What if I need to cancel or freeze my membership?
- After your required 3 months of membership, you may cancel or freeze your membership as needed.
- Written notice is required before the first day of your last month. Written notification can be sent to [email protected]
- Membership ends on the last day of the month following notification.
- If cancellation corresponds with the start of a new song collection, you will not receive the new songbook/CD.

How will I be billed?
- All billing is done automatically on the 1st of every month using a credit card that you will have saved in your account profile.
- There will be an automatic $10 fee added to accounts for declined credit card transactions.
